I’ve worked as a Personal Trainer for 10 years now, employed for the first 5 years, self employed for the next 5. 2025 brings my biggest change yet…. Taking on The Studio Upstairs!
I take a relaxed approach to health and fitness, I appreciate there are better days and worse days and adjust my coaching style accordingly to suit my clients on the day. There’s no cookie cutter workout plans, no fad diets no one size fits all approach. Everyone is individual and so is the way I approach training clients.
I specialise in coaching women to feel stronger and more confident, more capable.
I want to make The Studio Upstairs a space where absolutely everyone feels comfortable coming for classes or sessions. Large commercial gyms can feel incredibly intimidating and I hope to take this barrier away with this smaller, more friendly and intimate studio.
