Let highly experienced instructor Lu help you improve your flexibility in her 45 minute class dedicated to stretching.
She will help you relax your mind and muscles, reduce pain and reduce your risk of injuries.
Strength circuits
Work up a sweat and build muscle in this slightly faster paced Strength Circuits class with Personal Trainer Jess Baggs.
Jess will get you working hard but also teach you the fundamentals of strength training. One of her biggest aims is to build your confidence ready to step in to a gym alone and feel like you know what you’re doing.
body conditioning
Join Lu Prentice in her 45 minute Body Conditioning class where she’ll target your muscles and cardio vascular system to give you a full body fitness class.
